Commissioner Lorraine Cochran-Johnson will sponsor a ribbon cutting and Fall Festival event at the E.M.B.A.R.C. Youth Farm on October 28, 2023, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. This Fall Festival is the official kick-off of the highly anticipated E.M.B.A.R.C. Youth Farm. And is an occasion for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and celebrate the season. The event kicks off with a ribbon cutting at noon. Guests are asked to park at East DeKalb at Bruce Street Senior Center, 2449 Bruce Street, Lithonia, GA. A shuttle has been arranged to transport attendees to the event.
