Commissioner Lorraine Cochran-Johnson in partnership with DeKalb County School District & DeKalb County 100 Black Men present the 3rd Annual Lock-In For Life, an event that will bring together male students ages 13-18 from DeKalb County middle and high schools for fellowship, fun and enrichment. Several corporations will participate in the 3rd Annual Lock-In For Life including local celebrities, civic personalities, health organizations and professional sports teams.
