Investing in employees’ personal and professional development continues to be a focus for the DeKalb County Sanitation Division and Beautification Unit. Based on a recent partnership with Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC), Sanitation and Beautification employees can pursue and obtain their GED through a guided online program offered by GPTC. This opportunity to obtain their high school equivalency credential provides employees with a viable alternative to obtaining their GED through a traditional in-person school setting.
