Submission instructions:
1). Attach a copy of your college acceptance letter
2). Write a brief statement (less than one page) stating why you should receive the 2022 JLM College Scholarship and if selected, please state how you would pay it forward. Also, include community activities, achievements, hobbies, clubs and/or organizations).
NOTE: To qualify, you must already have an acceptance letter from a college or university. Please make sure you attach all supporting documents as requested. If selected, you will be contacted by phone and/or email by May 16, 2022.
