Georgia is one of the top filming locations in the world with billions of dollars in direct spending each year. The economic boom continues to create more entertainment jobs and business opportunities than ever before, but competition is fierce and the film business isn’t a good fit for everyone — it’s more a lifestyle than a traditional career.

Finding a job in the industry can be a challenge when you don’t know how or where to start. What are the basics you need to know for an entry level position? How do you start a career without experience? How is a film resume different from a corporate one? When is the “right time” to enter the business? Who is hiring and where do I find them? What does it take to succeed in the industry?

In this series of introductory film classes, 30-year industry veteran, Producer Linda Burns, gives students the answers they need to begin their journey into the world of film and television. With smaller class sizes and a much slower pace than The PA Academy, this class offers more direct interaction allowing the opportunity to ask many more questions. Register today to start your career off on the right foot. Pick the class that’s right for you, or save money by registering for all 3 classes together.
