Dear DeKalb Family,
We need your help. Will you join me tomorrow, August 8th from 10AM – 2PM for the DeKalb County Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive? This event is open to anyone wanting to donate new back-to-school items to students in need. Volunteers will be on hand to receive your donation, just drive up and drop it off! Many residents have seen a decrease in income due to the spread of COVID-19, yet their economic demands have not changed. By donating essential school items, local residents like you are able to ensure students are well prepared and, more importantly, you will be helping to ease the financial burden many parents will experience heading into the 2020-2021 school year. Can we count on your support? Please see the flyer below for a list of supplies needed. The correct drop off locations are South DeKalb Mall and Northlake Mall. Thank you and I’ll see you tomorrow.
