Clerk of Superior Court’s Office to Reopen March 13, 2023
Decatur, GA – The Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, located in the DeKalb County Courthouse at 556 North McDonough Street, Ground Floor, will reopen on Monday, March 13, 2023 to the public and employees. The office was previously closed due to a water pipe bursting and flooding multiple areas in the Judicial Tower.
The Board of Equalization’s office remained open during the closure. All hearings for the Board of Equalization will be held as scheduled.

About the Clerk’s Office:
Debra DeBerry has been the Clerk in DeKalb County, Georgia since March 2011. The Clerk of Superior Court is a constitutional office charged by the Georgia Constitution with the care, custody, and control of DeKalb County’s records.
