UPDATE: Reopen date rescheduled to July 13, 2020
Decatur, GA – DeKalb Clerk of Superior Court will continue to operate virtually and remotely until July 13, 2020 most recently set to expire on June 15.
State and local orders are forthcoming.
DeKalb County Clerk of Superior Court Debra DeBerry will continue to fulfill constitutional mandates in a primarily virtual environment just as the office has successfully operated since March 23.

Customers can continue to electronically file criminal, civil, real estate documents, and submit all inquiries at www.dksuperiorclerk.com. Debra DeBerry has been the Clerk in DeKalb County, Georgia since March 2011.
